Ability to change default autocolor scheme

The autocolor color scheme is a bit of an eyesore I don't see a way to change it. My only other option is to change colors manually which is tedious and not practical so I just want to be able to change the default color scheme.

This is one thing that will be better in the next major release, though it may be a while before I can pull it all back together.
