Does this shape

Yes indeed. in fact that image was made using Stella! Stella4D is the flagship product and has all the features available in any version of Stella.
You can find it in the "Pyramids and Cupolae" section or by entering "Crossed Heptagrammic Cuploid" in the search field of "File->Polyhedron List".
