Feature Request - 2D Net Export
I'd like to see a File > Export Net... command. This would allow you to choose a file type (DXF, AI, etc) and write the 2D nets, with separate layers for tabs, polygons, and seams. This would be a quick way to get files ready for a laser cutter which can automatically cut out the parts and lightly s...

Hi Rob, I gave that a try. I can indeed print to a PDF and then import that into Illustrator. Then I embed it and ungroup it. It seems to get collapsed to one layer (not surprisingly). However I can select similar line weights and reassign layers fairly easily. Not as clean as direct export to .AI b...

Exporting Nets Possible?
Is it possible to export the nets (unfolded 2D representation)? I only see File > 3D Export.
This would be very useful to laser cutters which can cut these shapes out and also lightly score the folds.
